Sacred Space Bath Salts
Have you ever had one of those days where everything seems to be going wrong? Your mood is bad, you are irritable for no good reason, perhaps something bad, even terrible happened that day that really sent you into a tail spin. We call this, in our home, a “no good very bad day”. Many people have these days, but some are worse than others. When I have a bad day, where everything seems to be going wrong and I am constantly on edge I turn to my Sacred Space Bath Salts, and the Sacred Space Body Butter that goes along with it, to help me become calm, cool, collected, and most importantly, back in touch with the divine. I call this my “mommy is about to loose her s*it medicine” – and for good reason.
It is very easy to get buried in the mundane thing in live, and to completely forget about our connection to our higher power and instead getting buried in our stress, frustration, and anger. I blended the sacred space line to help me slip back into that place were I can more easily communicate, and be one with the Divine. It helps me become grounded, centered, and balance my mood wonderfully. Thankfully, it smells amazing too.
The ingredients include a range of mineral rich salts – to help provide micronutrients to the body and balance the electrolytes in the body; powdered sacred herbs ethically and sustainably grown and harvested; therapeutic grade essential oils to better engage the limbic system and work on positive associations with scent; and flower essences to help shift energy.
Use 1/2 cup in the bath as needed. This can also be used in a foot bath if a bathtub isn’t readily available.
