Cool It Down Tea (Formerly Fever Buster Tea)
This Cool It Down Tea herbal tea blend is a wonderfully delicious remedy for those who run hot. Whether you are too hot from the summer sun, illness or injury this tea can help support natural cooling of the body, while hydrating and tasting delicious. This tea contains yarrow, a natural diaphoretic, helping to open up the pores and induce sweating. It is also a wonderful anti-microbial herb which can help support healthy immune response, and a wonderful vulnerary (wound support), herb as well. Lemon balm is a delicious, lemony mint family friend which adds a wonderful flavor, while being significantly antiviral, and supportive to healthy immune response. Spearmint is cooling, high in nutrients including trace minerals, and wonderful to support healthy digestion. Linden is cooling, calming, demulcent (moistening), antimicrobial, and supportive to help the body cool down and re-set. It also has a lime-like flavor which is delightful. There is also a pinch of stevia (the leaf from the plant, not that nasty stuff from the grocery store), to help naturally sweeten this deliciously cooling tea.
This tea was included in the Yarrow Herb Box, formerly called “Fever Buster Tea”.
I designed this to taste good while helping to naturally cool and support healthy body temperature. This tea is not only cooling, but can help improve immune function when a person is sick and fighting a cough or cold. It is supportive for those who have hot flashes during the “change of life”, or those who are sensitive to heat.
