The small herb box just includes the herb of the month, and the ingredients to make an herbal product featuring the herb of the month. It also includes a print out with a smaller monograph, and instructions on how to make your project. This is great for people with limited space, or those on a budget for their herbal education.

The large box contains both the herb of the month, and the ingredients to make the project of the month, but it also includes a hand blended herbal tea featuring the herb of the month along with other goodies, which vary by month. These have included, but are not limited to, tinctures, essential oils, salves, chocolates, herbal culinary salts, herbal bath salts, lip balms, etc.

When you purchase the herb box the digital magazine is included in the purchase. You do not need to purchase them separately.

The herb boxes occasionally include beeswax or honey from local, ethically raised bees. Amanda personally knows the farmer who raises the bees, and her practices and feels confident that not only are they very well taken care of and loved, but that the bees are still left with enough honey and wax to survive without needing extra sugar water in the spring to prevent them from starving. Amanda avoids other animal products in the boxes.

Yes, the facility and all products are 100% gluten free. Amanda, the woman-of-all-work and owner is Celiac, and does not allow any gluten containing grains anywhere near anything she works on.

The facility is peanut free, but the boxes do some times include products containing coconut, almonds, shea butter, and other known nuts.

Due to shipping, customs, and cost concerns, the boxes are only available in the US. The digital magazine is available anywhere where there is internet, and often times the supplies for each herb box are available at your local herb shop.

Amanda has a clinical practice in Wheatridge, Colorado where she offers clinical consultations as well as virtual consultations using facetime or Skype. These can be scheduled in the appointment scheduler (link)

You have 30 days from your last payment date (for monthly subscriptions) or until your yearly subscription is set to renew to download your copies from our members area. If you are missing issues you paid for, send me an email at amanda@naturalherballiving.com and I will be happy to send you your missing issues.

If you contact me within 15 days of the renewal, I will be happy to issue a refund. If it is longer, it becomes more difficult to issue a refund. E-mail me at amanda@naturalherballiving.com and we can discuss the situation.
